Research on Blank Optimization Design Based on Low-Carbon and Low-Cost Blank Process Route Optimization Model

چکیده

The optimization of blank design is the key to implementation a green innovation strategy. process determines more than 80% resource consumption and environmental emissions during processing. Unfortunately, traditional method based on function quality not suitable for today’s sustainable development concept. In order solve this problem, research low-carbon low-cost route proposed. Aiming at processing characteristics complex box type parts, concept workstep element proposed represent machining multi-objective model established, relevant constraints are set up. addition, an intelligent generation algorithm working step chain proposed, combined with particle swarm model. Finally, feasibility practicability verified by taking emulsion as example. data comparison shows that comprehensive performance best, which meets requirements processing, low-cost, production.
